It is stated here that I am a student of 2nd year in Arts group. My college roll number is 1296. I have passed 1st year exam with good marks. Now, I have to pay fee for the 2nd year.

However, my father is a poor man. He works in a factory and his income is very low. Hence, he cannot pay my full fee. So, I request you to grant me fee concession. I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.
